Orders Once your order is placed, we will send confirmation by email to the email address provided at checkout or when you created an account. We will issue an invoice immediately and this will be sent to you with your order. An electronic copy is available by logging into your account if you created one on this website. We reserve the right not to accept your order. Some items are not eligible to be returned. Our standard returns period is 28 days from the date your order was delivered. On Orders within the UK, the customer is liable for any return costs. For orders that are sent to a non UK address the customer is responsible for any return costs.
