A: We are an online Accessories boutique and work from Hertford, Hertfordshire United Kingdom.
A: Next day delivery, but sometimes may take up to 3-5 Working days depending on how busy we are in processing all online orders. If theres a product or item which would take a longer time frame, the customer would be notified immediately.
A: Yes you can order just an item or choose to order more than one.
A: For any full-priced items purchased from Startoff UK, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return to us for a refund or exchange. We only accept returns if item is in it’s original state, unworn condition as purchased.

For items on sale, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your order to us for an exchange/refund in an unworn, original condition as purchased from us.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size/colour etc, we always suggest to avoid disappointment by placing a new order and returning your initial order for a refund.
