Orders Once your order is placed, we will send confirmation by email to the email address provided at checkout or when you created an account. We reserve the right not to accept your order. Some items are not eligible to be returned. Our standard returns period is 28 days from the date your order was delivered. On Orders within the UK, the customer is liable for any return costs. For orders that are sent to a non UK address the customer is responsible for any return costs. Once the return has been received and your claim is justified the purchase price will be credited to the original payment method which can take up to 7 working days. If items are returned later then 28 days from the date your order was delivered or items are not returned in the required condition, return postage may be charged, your return may be rejected, or only a credit note will be offered.
